Typical Duties
- Market to prospective clients indoors and outdoors; train associates; clean work area
- Working under direct supervision using standardized routines; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others; and operating within a defined budget.
- Insight Analyst and Advertiser for social media.
- Work with manager on research studies (surveys, questionnaires, etc.)
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call prospective clients and register them in.
- Arrange appointments.
- Send email and faxes.
- Prepare marketing materials.
- Take and relay messages.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.

Administrative Assistant
Typical Duties
- Maintains reception area materials (e.g. job applications, newsletters, event calendars, etc.) for the purpose of providing resource information to visitors.
- Working under direct supervision using standardized routines; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others; and operating within a defined budget. Utilization of some resources from other work units may be required to perform the job’s functions.
- Insight Analyst and Advertiser for social media.
- Work with manager on research studies (surveys, questionaires, etc.)
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Make coffee and set out food.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
- Gather personal and insurance information.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Arrange appointments.
- Cash out people when necessary.
- Validate parking tickets.
- Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.

- Basic tax preparation
Age Requirement

Tax Preparer
- Compute taxes owed or overpaid, using adding machines or personal computers, and complete entries on forms, following tax form instructions and tax tables.
- Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses.
- Use all appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to keep clients’ taxes to a minimum.
- Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances.
- Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.
- Furnish taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion.
- Consult tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine procedures for preparation of atypical returns.
- Calculate form preparation fees according to return complexity and processing time required.
- Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry, or procedures.
- Basic accounting preparation

Bookkeeper
- Bookkeepers are responsible for clerical and administrative support to managers.
- Some duties include typing, handling telephone calls and updating records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- Assist with budget preparations
- Pay bills and maintain ledgers
- Receive, approve, and/or decline client invoices
- Keep track of client assets.
- Assist accountants with tax return preparation.
- Code payables for accounts payable clerks to input.
- Make bank deposits and receipts of money.
- Reconcile bank account and distribute money within departments
- Assure expenditures are in accordance with code balances for item acquisition.
- Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors for delivered materials.
- Provide inventory support, including maintaining office materials and supplies.
- Receive requests for materials and equipment and prepare purchase orders accordingly.
- Transmit purchase orders directly to vendors for purchases.
- Generate 1099’s and W-2’s.
- Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested by clients and partners.
- Other duties involve cleaning area and meeting with clients.
- Applicants should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Adobe software.
