Do I have to start taking distributions when I reach a certain age from a Roth IRA?

No. If you are the original owner of a Roth IRA, you don't have to take distributions regardless of your age. See Are Distributions Taxable? However, if you are the beneficiary of a Roth IRA, you may have to take distributions. See Distributions After Owner's Death.
